Marcelle Moncrieffe-Newman race and leadership expert

Dr. Marcelle Moncrieffe-Newman is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience leading corporate functions at the board level. Throughout her career, she has been a passionate advocate for fostering ethical and inclusive workplace cultures.

Dr. Moncrieffe-Newman's educational background includes:

  • Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University

  • MA Human Resource Management, Middlesex University

  • BA(Hons) Law, University of Bedfordshire

  • Postgraduate Diploma in HR Leadership, University of Manchester

  • Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD)
     

This combination of legal knowledge and human resources expertise has equipped her to navigate complex organisational challenges and drive positive change.

Six ways organisations work with me, from a single keynote to a full

cultural diagnostic. Every engagement draws on the six-step racial

inclusion model developed through my doctoral research with UK

organisations.

 

1   KEYNOTE  ·  Investment on application

   45 - 60 minutes for conferences, leadership away days and

   employee network events. Reduced rates for higher

   education, NHS, local government and charities.

 

2   HALF-DAY MASTERCLASS  ·  Investment on application

   Working session for an executive team or people function

   on progression, retention and inclusive practice.

 

3   RACIAL INCLUSION DIAGNOSTIC  ·  Investment on application

   Six to eight weeks. Staff survey, leadership interviews and

   a scored maturity report against the six-step model,

   presented to your board or executive.

 

4   RETAINED ADVISORY  ·  Investment on application

   Four hours monthly: a strategy call, a paper reviewed, and

   email access. For newly appointed people and inclusion

   leaders who need a peer-level sounding board.

 

5   EXECUTIVE COACHING  ·  Investment on application

   Two places only, by application.

 

6   COHORT PROGRAMME  · Investment on application

   Six months, ten to twelve senior professionals. Six live

   sessions plus a private community. Places are usually

   funded by employers from talent and retention budgets.

All fees exclude VAT, travel and accommodation. Reduced rates

apply for public sector and registered charities. I accept two

pro bono engagements each year, selected in January.

Tailoring an existing session to your organisation's

strategy and language is available at an additional 30%.
